Refractive processes only the information needed to operate the contact form and mini-game leaderboard.
If you send a message, we store your name, email address, message and submission time so that we can read and respond to your enquiry. Contact submissions are automatically deleted after approximately 180 days.
If you choose to submit a score, your display name or alias, score and submission time may appear in the public leaderboard. Email is optional and is never displayed publicly. If supplied with the separate email-storage consent in the game, it is retained for leaderboard administration for up to 365 days and then removed.
The website and its server-side database are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Normal hosting and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
You may use an alias for the leaderboard and you do not need to provide an email to submit a score. To request access to or deletion of information you have submitted, use the contact form and state that your message is a privacy request.
